Mixed Media Sculpture

I earned my BFA in Fiber Art from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning. My practice interlaces women’s craft traditions, cultural identity, repetition, and the transformation of the obsolete—always with a playful twist. From hand-beaded sculptures to yarn-bombed installations celebrating LGBTQ+ themes, I utilize fiber both as medium and message. Through costumes and Lego constructions, I explore the tactile and conceptual intersections of material, memory, and humor, inviting viewers to reconsider the boundaries between art, craft, and identity.
